Tributary Neighborhood Plan

Nassau County’s new master-planned community features 1,550 acres offering three different lot sizes within the first phase. A significant portion of the community will remain in its natural upland and wetland state, with an expanding network of neighborhood trails that helps connect homes, amenities, and preserved open space.
