Conner’s A-Maze-Ing Acres Farm

1. Conner’s A-Maze-Ing Acres Farm

Conner’s A-Maze-Ing Farm, open now through October 26th, is the perfect destination for a full day of fall fun. Located just 30 minutes west of Tributary in Hillard, the farm offers a variety of activities for all ages. The nine-acre corn maze features a new design each year, with this year’s theme honoring Nassau County’s 200th birthday. Adults can pick out pumpkins to carve at the Fundraiser Pumpkin Patch or take the grandkids to the animal barn. There’s also yard games, playgrounds, a corn cannon, ax throwing, and more to enjoy.

Horseback Riding on Amelia Island on the beach

4. Horseback Riding on Amelia Island

While some may think October is too chilly for a beach day, North Florida boasts ideal temperatures for coastal enjoyment. There’s no better way to experience the beach than on horseback. Amelia Island’s beaches are among the few locations in Florida that allow horseback riding. With Happy Trails Walking Horses, riders aged 13 and older can embark on this unforgettable adventure. Visitors of all ages will love the slow-paced, gentle ride along the shoreline, taking in breathtaking views of rolling sand dunes and listening to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
