As more families continue to call Tributary home, Nicole’s goal is to foster strong connections between residents with fun and innovative activities. With Nicole at the helm, residents can expect a full calendar of year-round events and activities for residents of all ages. Events will aim to support all aspects of a healthy lifestyle, including social gatherings, health and fitness classes, pool parties, field trips, and more. If residents are interested in starting a club of their own, Nicole is ready to assist in spreading the word. From pickleball groups to book clubs to gardening, Nicole is prepared to ensure that every resident has the opportunity to grow their passion and find like-minded people to enjoy them with. Lakeview, Tributary’s new 55+ active-adult neighborhood, has plans for an additional dedicated Lifestyle Director to keep residents active and engaged with their own special programming.

Many of the events that Nicole plans will take place at the Lookout Amenity Center, a stylish social hub for residents right in their backyard. A Fitness Center, two pickleball courts, a children’s playground, and a recreational play field offer plentiful opportunities for residents of all ages to get outside and be actively engaged in fun activities.
